Orders typically ship within 3-6 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact hello@shopkollektif.com

Kollektif Studio Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
